Instructions:

Feed the beets through a juicer. Put the flaxseed in a blender and blend until finely ground. Add the beet juice, plums, grapes, and water, and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, add ice (if using), and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

2 beets, halved

3 tablespoons flaxseed

4 plums, quartered and pitted

1 cup seedless red grapes

1 cup chilled water

Ice, to serve (optional)
