This book is the culmination of over 4 years of experimenting with different types of fasting and diets, from intermittent to week-longs and eventually 100 days of juice fasting in a row. Rather than preaching an ultimate truth or one-size-fits-all here, I am simply sharing the insights and experiences I’ve had so far.I write this not only as a means of self-expression, but with the intent to assist others, to dispel fears and doubts I used to have myself, and to inspire, encourage and empower whoever is in need of being so. It is directed to both the novice and the seasoned faster alike, and covers both the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects and challenges of this process.Fasting, and living off less food in general, has transformed not only my health but my whole perspective of the world, the way I live and how I interact with others. To me, more than a temporary experiment, it became the adoption of a lifestyle of needing less and being more.
